Inspired by my own challenging home-buying experience back in 2013, I moved into the nuanced world of Realestate after working in Production & Ops at various creative agencies for 16+ years.
Ways I can help:
The journey doesn't always end at closing. As a homeowner & landlord, I have extensive experience in property management & home renovations – from DIY projects to hiring & working with contractors & trades(wo)men. I've experienced the good, the bad & the ugly and hope to help everyone avoid the latter-- clients, neighbors, family & friends alike.
Working with both buyers & sellers, I offer a unique perspective, often providing tips & tricks to maximize the potential of any space. Drawing on my production background, I skillfully & respectfully negotiate deals to close with my clients' best interests in mind, while simultaneously navigating clients through the buy & sell process no matter which side of the deal they are on.
For sellers, my Marketing & Design expertise takes the front seat. I deliver invaluable insights & innovative approaches –- from pricing strategies to styling & staging homes to stand out in a competitive landscape. I collaborate with my sellers to transform their spaces (oftentimes tapping into my own personal interior design collection to stage), maximizing the property's appeal to get the best price for their home.
With buyers, I am a matchmaker of sorts. Factoring a wishlist of things we typically start with, and inevitably whittling it down to the priorities that work within their budget. I love the challenge of finding a match & helping clients see properties in new ways. I especially love exploring homes of all shapes & sizes, with a special appreciation for Brooklyn brownstones.
If you are considering buying or selling your home, need help with staging, or managing your next renovation project-- get in touch! I'd love the opportunity to work with you.
